Rae Tait is a photographer based around London. They documented numerous queer events around London such as Mum's against Donk, Queer Prom and Wraith. In recent years they were more drawn to taking these subjects out of a club setting and into the studio.
They regularly work with up and coming DIY artists Trashed Baby, Lilith Morris and Sissy Missfit by producing promotional material which has been published on Dazed as well as being DOP for music videos. As well as working with these artists directly, they have worked for iconic Queer event Inferno for their promotional material for the collective album (October 2025) and for press images.
Their love for film meant that they began working as a unit photographer on set, primarily working with Wendy Vision. They capture small moments on set as well as getting stills that can be used by the artists for social media as well as cover art. In a time where AI is becoming unavoidable, people are wanting to see behind the scenes and get enjoyment from seeing the process which means that capturing these moments on set have become more important than ever.
